Hello, my name is Dora Garcia, and my husband, Miguel, and I have been married for 38 years; and we had 15 children (currently 13 alive, including a set of twins with Down Syndrome)

I was born in Guatemala, while Miguel was born in Mexico. We grew up drinking herbal teas and using plant-based medicine to alleviate almost any illness. If we had a stomachache, we drank mint tea; Chamomile tea to relax; Lemongrass tea for inflammation; lime juice for insect bites; Arnica for bruises; and more. When we migrated to the US back in 1977, many of that remedy culture came with us. Still, as time went by, we started adjusting to the "modern" medicine culture, and we noticed the change.

In 2004 my dream was to produce and replace any product that touched my families' skin with all-natural products. I started doing extensive research, and I developed a variety of products like:

  • Lip balms.
  • Essential Oil soaps.
  • Essential oil roll-on formulas for topical use.
  • Hand and face scrubs.
  • Eczema cream.
  • Essential oil sprays.
  • Essential oil household cleaners.

In 2006, our six-year-old son, Rafael, was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor. That event changed our lives forever. The first thing we changed was our entire diet. We threw away the microwave and replaced the nonstick Teflon pots and pans with cast iron. We also gave up soda, sweets, canned and processed foods. Rafael's tumor was inoperable, so we didn't even try Chemo or radiation, and we dove into what we knew - natural medicine. We believe that by switching to a natural diet and products, we could give him a better quality of life, and he lived his last days with dignity. Needless to say, our lives were forever changed.

In 2008 our twins, Javier and Santiago, were born prematurely, weighing 3 and 4 lbs each, and they both have Down syndrome, yes twins with Down syndrome.

The first few years were extremely tough, the boys were sickly for a long time, so we dove deeper into natural remedies and products. We began using essential oils to help them build their immune systems and we saw real improvements. We started diffusing oils in their room every night, and applying oils on the bottom of their feet and pulse points using a roll-on, the results were amazing!  Another issue with our Down syndrome twins and two of our daughters is dry skin, which looks like eczema. We only use our handmade essential oil soaps for bathing them.

We treat colds and respiratory illnesses with essential oils, homeopathic medicine, and teas. We believe that natural products are better than chemical-based products; that's why We decided to launch our family business, Natural Choice Company.

Mission statement: Natural Choice Company’s mission to manufacture the highest quality natural products and make them affordable for people to incorporate the products into their daily routines to improve their health and quality of life.

Vision statement: Our vision to inspire as many people as possible to live better and healthier lives by using high-quality, affordable natural products.

Our goal is to bring you products that work for our family at an affordable price AND made in the USA!

We know we are fighting the good fight by bringing awareness and helping people live healthier and happier lives. We hope you come along with us on this journey. We promise to bring you the best products at a very affordable price because MLM companies are charging exorbitant prices for their products. They make it almost inaccessible for some people. We are not going to increase our prices by giving you fancy boxes or packaging that you throw away as soon as you open them; we are going to provide you with "high dollar quality products at a fair price."

We hope you support us and become part of our extended family.  Thank you very much; God bless you and your family!
