Coconut Oil – 1 Teaspoon 

Peppermint Oil – 1 Drop 

Eucalyptus Oil – 1 Drop 

Lavender Oil- 1 Drop 

Mix in a small mixing bowl and massage well into the temples and neck area, when you get a headache and before to help prevent them.
