Germs and pollution are always on our minds when it comes to staying healthy. Most of the time we are concerned when out and about, but did you know indoor pollution and germs can be more harmful to us? Compounds from plants and rugs, moisture from the bathroom, combustible products from the kitchen, and respiration from breathing can all be sources for indoor pollution. A lot of us have been spending more time indoors lately which is causing this indoor pollution to build up faster than normal. Keeping your house clean with natural products helps to keep chemicals and pollution out of your house. Essential oils make a great addition to your natural cleaning products, as well as diffusing essential oils. When you diffuse the oils it helps to purify the air and reduce airborne bacteria.
